Malcolm and Rhonda have built strong foundations from their personal faith and from pastoring for over 35+ years. Within that time, they have built their skillset based on their Christian base and philosophy to educate and train other churches to transform and exist in a cohesive environment.

With a vision to build an authentic community, where responsibility, accountability and compassion are second nature, they believe education and training within churches is key for them to become the safest communities for the vulnerable, and the most welcoming.
