The basic thesis of this program is the thought that if we understand ourselves better, then we are in a good position to understand others also.
When we attain this position, we are more able to show empathy, team spirit, altruism etc,. This is because our starting platform is more secure, and our understand of others allows us to step into other people’s shoes more appropriately.
This increases positive workplace participation, and lowers angst, insecurity and ‘second guessing’ consequently aiding staff retention and raising productivity.
We facilitate this workshop by beginning with the elements which shape us, and move onto identify and work with some of our present assets and challenges.
